Keylong is a beautiful town that is well known to travellers visiting Manali- Leh. Keylong is the first town you see after crossing the Rohtang pass, Gramphu, Sissu and Tand. Keylong lies about 130km away from Manali and is the first overnight stop for many travellers in this route. It lies in the Lahaul Valley which is a part of lahaul Spiti, the largest district in Himachal Pradesh. Once the weather changes and the snow melts, the locals begin their farming.
